Blended Services

Many Delegated Claims Administrators have complex fee structures that are difficult to budget for, which can leave Insurers exposed to unexpected shortfalls in reserves and ultimately affect the profitability of an account.

Our Blended Service rate varies depending on the type of portfolio and the complexity of the claims but using our expertise and experience we have established the most cost-effective way to deal with delegated claims services allowing for up to five hours* of marine claims handling regardless of value, complexity or third-party inclusion. If the case requires more time, you can simply add on another five-hour block.
